Introduction

The stroboscope is a rotational speed and vibration measuring instrument that utilizes the persistence of vision principle. When the light source flashing at the set frequency synchronizes with the rotational speed of the object, a relatively static visual persistence phenomenon occurs, allowing observation of high-speed moving objects with the naked eye.

The photoelectric tachometer operates on the principle of light reflection, using reflective tape on rotating surfaces to calculate time differences in reflected light and determine rotational speed.

This multifunctional instrument combines both stroboscope and photoelectric tachometer capabilities, providing comprehensive detection of various rotating object state parameters.
