Roughness Meter - Separate Surface Roughness Tester SRT-6210S & SRT-6200S
Applications
Widely used in production environments to measure surface roughness of various machinery-processed parts. Calculates corresponding parameters according to selected measuring conditions and clearly displays all measurement parameters.
Measurement Principle
When measuring surface roughness, the sensor is placed on the surface and uniformly slides along it via the internal driving mechanism. The sharp built-in probe detects surface roughness, causing probe displacement that changes the inductive amount of induction coils, generating an analogue signal proportional to surface roughness. The exclusive DSP processes and calculates the data, then outputs measurement results on the LCD display.
